About me
With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across every role this demanding and passionate field has to offer — from chef to server, barista to manager. I’ve grown through a wide range of environments, from traditional restaurants to innovative dining concepts and specialty coffee shops. This journey has given me a 360° perspective of the trade — combining people, precision, and strategy.
Trained as a barista and driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, I successfully launched my own business in Switzerland, blending high standards, local partnerships, and attention to detail. This venture allowed me to build a strong and trusted network — not only among producers and suppliers, but also within a loyal customer base that continues to follow and recommend my work.
Over the years, I’ve developed a well-established network of contacts: artisans, reliable partners, hospitality professionals, and returning clients. I now put this network to work for the businesses I support — opening doors, creating local synergies, and unlocking growth opportunities.
As a consultant, I’ve guided several companies in Switzerland and France, helping them build, restructure, or relaunch their operations. From strategic planning to digital communication, I design tailored solutions grounded in field reality and aligned with each client’s goals. I help brands enhance their image, optimize their organization, and stand out in a competitive market.
